I am unable to create an account using the MyCam app?
Due to IOS9.xxx you might experience issues creating an account with the app. We are working on a solution.
In the meantime, we suggest using the MyCam portal to create an account::
After creating the account on the portal you'll see an image of how to connect your ip-cam. This step can be skipped (it also not possible to connect your IP-cam wired) and you can use the account you just created to continue the rest of the installation process in the MyCam app.
